2008 Wild Goose Qigong with Dr. Bingkun Hu

The Medical Qigong Education Centre is happy to announce that Dr. Bingkun Hu will again be visiting the United Kingdom in August 2008 to again present workshops on Wild Goose Qigong.
Dr. Bingkun Hu is one of the few teachers presenting the whole of the system at the present time. Most teachers are only teaching the Wild Goose Basic Training forms (First and Second 64 Movements).

This year he will be teaching one weekend workshop on 2nd/3rd August on the Principles of Wild Goose Qigong in Hoylake, Merseyside and a four-day workshop from 8th to 11th August on Wild Goose Basic Training (Second 64 Movements).

The Principles of Wild Goose Qigong will use movements from Wild Goose Basic Training (first 64 movements) and from the Spiral and Tripod form to illustrate these principles.

Examples of the principles of Wild Goose Qigong are: shifting the body weight for free-flowing movements, using circular and spiral movements and using the wrist and waist coordination to relax.

The Wild Goose Basic Training (Second 64 Movements) is more complex to learn than the first 64 movements and requires four days to work through it.
